Hi fellow makers,

this is a great tutorial for anyone who has been wanting to try out quilting but felt overwhelmed at the amount of information available. (Raising my hand, I've been one of those!) It's time for one of the easiest quilt blocks, a four-patch. ✂️ Buuut, with a little twist. :)

This is what I believe to be the easiest way to sew a four-patch quilt block. And the fastest one. Check out how to make two in one go! Check it out HERE. 💚

Even if you don't quilt but do love patchwork, you might have been using the four-patch block all the time anyway. And if you haven't, you will be hooked after you see how easy it is. Are you with me? Let's do it! Then, save what you make and get ready for a new project in a few weeks, where you'll be able to use those blocks to make quick Christmas decorations.

I wish you all a happy week, full of fun sewing projects,

Readers Make: I am delighted when a customer contacts me and shows what they've created from an AppleGreen Cottage pattern. Here's what Sue Ann said when making a diaper clutch from my pattern:

'I made this clutch as a custom order for a customer I had. The instructions were easy to follow for an amateur like me. I loved it and I will definitely look through and buy more patterns in the future if I need them!' Sue Ann
